30 days before the date of arrival – no cancellation fee; 29 to 7 days before arrival – 50% of the agreed amount (less evening meals); 6 days or fewer before arrival – 80% of full amount agreed (less evening meals). For early departures: High season 100%, mid-season 50% of the total amount agreed (less evening meals). Aside from this, the The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms (ÖHVB) apply.
